I was thoroughly offended by the lead, which states that Iraq has a, “notoriously opaque and graft-ridden bureaucracy”, in comparison to, “Western standards”. Now that might be true through the eyes of the Western Standard. Not if you know anything about Islamic culture and more over the culture of Middle Easterners you would know this is a farse of a comparison. For hundreds of years the west has pushed its philosophical, moralistic, and hierarchical standards on the east.

For a second, forget the war in Iraq, the stupid oil, the crazy fucking Zionists, the extremist religious nuts that America put in place over the economy loving Bazariis. And let us see how Muslims will do business.It is a lot like dating in America. Business is a relation built on familiarity instead of being bound to legal integrity.

The first meeting will probably be some eatery with your business interest and his colleges. You’ll chat over food and small talk about family, job etc… Which for American GO GETTERS and TEAM PLAYERS is beating around the bush. Difference of opinion some say? I think so. Is there a clean distinction between good and bad? After you build trust with this partners you build a lasting business relationship that is taken VERY and i stress very personally. Just to give you the gist of how business in the middle east works.

So America takes its system over there, export our form of political ethos and expect a whole nation built on radicalism and abusrdist nationalism (most Iranians and Iraqi’s didn’t consider themselves these until the late 70’s early 80’s during the Islamic revolution in Iran)? We expect our ideals and ethics to work in a place where exploitation is how you ensure quality of life and embezzlement is based on a first come first served mentality? Then we accuse them of being irresponsible for not wanting to fit into our club after we gave them $13 billion that they in tern squander? Yes. Yes. And fuck yes.

Did they ever want a western standard of ethics? According to sociologist Edward Said:

Now that quote is a bit dated but looking back to where this whole mess started… wait that was when it started. Some intellectuals say WWII but then you have to look back to WWI which then looks back further and so and and so forth. Is someone to blame though for aiding another person in the only way they know how? It seems childish and hopeful to give America the brave that sort of benefit. Being the sheepish, non meddling nation America has been (rolls eyes and waits for a sycophantic laugh to break out among readers).
My solution: wipe your bleeding cunt America. No one there wants a western standard of ethics and you’re getting stains all over the country. Either we leave them to their own devices after America has made a whole new generation of terrorists ( as America did in the late 70’s to the black community in Los Angeles), or we stay in that shit hole and wait. Don’t expect to get the splinter out of someone elses eye when you’re so blinded by the log in your own that you give 13 BILLION DOLLARS to a country that is known for a western form of corruption, but an Middle Eastern form of opportunism.

All I am saying is don’t be angry America. Be more clever, quit giving, quit it, help yourself.
